Terms and Conditions for SMTS Logo

<Logo Usage Guidelines>

• These guidelines pertain to the use of the Supermarket Trade Show logo (hereafter referred to as the "SMTS Logo").
• Users of the SMTS Logo are deemed to have agreed to the contents of these guidelines.
• The SMTS Logo may only be used within the scope of purposes aligned with the goals of the exhibition. Usage is limited to announcements, explanations, and post-event reporting related to exhibiting at the show.
• Use of the SMTS Logo is not permitted in the cases listed under “Prohibited Usage Examples” below. If such unauthorized use is discovered, the Secretariat may revoke the permission to use the SMTS Logo.
  Users also agree to take full responsibility for modifying, withdrawing, or stopping the distribution of the relevant materials.
• The logo must be resized while maintaining its original vertical and horizontal proportions. The minimum size for use is 10 mm in height, ensuring that the text is legible. Please use the logo in sufficient quality and size to avoid blurring or loss of detail, especially in print or other media formats.
• These guidelines are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of such changes, the latest version of the guidelines will apply to any materials, even those created before the update.

<Prohibited Usage Examples>

• Using the SMTS Logo for purposes unrelated to the exhibition’s objectives, as determined by the organizer.
• Altering the basic shape of the SMTS Logo or using only part of it.
• Changing the colors of the SMTS Logo without permission.
• Combining the SMTS Logo with unrelated images, photos, or illustrations not aligned with the exhibition’s goals.
• Placing the SMTS Logo on visually distracting images, patterns, or dark backgrounds that reduce legibility (in principle, the background should be white).
