Please print out the application form, fill out and send back to Overseas Secretariat by FAX or E-mail. After you receive the invoice from Overseas Secretariat, please pay the amount to the account on it by the deadline. In case all the booths had been sold out when you applied, your application will be on the waiting list.

The organizer has the right to refuse the exhibits that are not suitable for the scope of Supermarket Trade Show.

Determination of booth location

Floor layout will be announced in the beginning of October. The organizer will do the layout of the booth location carefully considering the following aspects.

  • Exhibit zone
  • Difficulty level of product move-in, move-out and booth build-up
  • Exhibit items
  • Number and configuration of exhibiting booths
  • Past record of exhibiting
  • Member or Non-member of NSAJ
Cancellation policy

As a rule, an exhibitor is not permitted to cancel or reduce the space booking after the completed application form has been sent out. In case the exhibitor must cancel the space booking because of unavoidable circumstances, it can only be accepted by a written notice.
Cancellation charge of all or part of the applied exhibition space is as follows:

  • 30% of the space fee

    on and before August 31, 2011

  • 100% of the space fee

    from September 1, 2011 to February 3, 2012
